Did you receive an incorrect order? Or, at the (very) odd chance, did you receive a faulty cartridge? No problem.

3)  One of our friendly staff members will advise you on how to proceed.

Please note:  Our support staff is available Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 - 17:30, and on Saturdays 8:00 - 13:00. We are closed on Sundays.
